Peles Castle– Peles Castle is the main tourist attraction. Peles Castle was built in the late 19th century and early 20th century German Renaissance style and has served as a summer residence for the kings of Romania.
The plans of Peles Castle were designed by Viennese architect Johann Wilhelm von Doderer and Schultz and subsequent supplements were made by the Czech architect Karel Liman.
Peles Castle is situated in a splendid park with terraces and has 160 rooms and halls and a central tower 66 meters high.
